Matt Prescott is project director of CarbonLimited. Matt has expertise in environmental sustainability, sustainable built environments and climate change.

Lucy Stone is senior policy researcher for CarbonLimited. Lucy has research experience in democracy, public engagement, criminal justice and sustainability.

Ben Castle

Ben Castle is researcher for CarbonLimited. Ben has expertise in energy policy, environmental economics and climate change.

Interests: emissions trading, climate change policy, behavior change.

CarbonLimited is one of a number of RSA projects, based at the RSA in London and is supported by the various functions of the RSA, including the press, public affairs and events teams.

Our research programme 'Personal Carbon Trading and Transport' is being overseen by an expert steering group:

Overall Advisory Group
To provide the project with overall guidance regarding the issue of personal carbon trading, an advisory group was set up to represent those with a role in developing the ideas around personal carbon trading and those with the specific expertise we identified as required to help guide the more focussed work programme areas and may therefore also be involved in an expert steering group. The advisory group members are:
