Dependent on the questions asked and the services offered you may from time to time receive from us either an email or postal description of products or services. If you choose not to receive these the RSA will only contact you if they feel your access to the service may be affected, you may also at any time ask for your details to be removed from the database simply by sending an email to carbon@rsa.org.uk with the words 'remove from database' in the subject area.

This will not be used to link to anything personally identifiable or to track a user session but may be used to identify general usage of the site. Upon request, the RSA will remove any details about a user or subscriber from CarbonLimited database.
